StockTap TV Pub TV screens
Your pub TVs show nothing when there's no match on
Big screens on the wall, and between games they're blank, on the news or showing a channel nobody's watching. Ordinary digital signage helps a bit, but a slideshow of posters gets ignored after a week. StockTap TV turns the TVs you've already got into something people actually look at: your offers, a quiz every 20 minutes they play on their phones, bingo and the match-day build-up.
£34 a month for the whole pub, however many TVs.
The trouble with pub screens
Changing an offer means a laptop and a log-in
So the Sunday deal is still up on Wednesday.
Nobody looks at a slideshow of posters
After the first week it's wallpaper.
No idea if anyone took any notice
You paid for screens, but did it sell a single extra pint?
Priced per screen
Add the beer garden telly and the bill goes up.
Offers on every TV in about a minute
Pick your own photo or a short video (up to 30 seconds), type the big words, set when it ends and tap Put it on my TVs. It shows on every screen with a countdown. No photo? A clean text slide in your pub's colours.
Every QR code on your screens counts its scans, so you can see what people actually used. Your Google and Tripadvisor review links can go up as QR codes too.

Something worth watching between the offers
A quiz every 20 minutes that customers play on their phones, so people look up at the screens, and see your offer while they're at it. Between rounds, silent clip channels like motorsport and extreme sports, all Creative Commons with the person who filmed each clip credited on screen.
On match days: a kick-off countdown, today's games and which screen each is on, fixtures with SHOWING HERE on the ones you're showing, league tables and the 3pm round-up. StockTap TV never shows the match itself. Your own sports subscription does that.

Works on the TVs you've already got
Any screen that can open a web page: a smart TV's browser, a TV stick, or an old laptop with an HDMI lead. The TV shows a 6-letter code, you type it into your phone, done. Set-up takes about 15 minutes, or we'll do it for £100, including your first month.

How it compares
We won't name names. These are starting prices we've seen.
| What | From |
|---|---|
| An all-in-one pub screen system | about £130 a month |
| A quiz system for the TVs | about £60 a month + VAT |
| StockTap TV: offers, quizzes, bingo, clips and match-day screens | £34 a month, every TV |
If all you need is a menu board in a restaurant, plain digital signage will do. StockTap TV is built for pubs that want the screens to get people playing.
Pub screen questions
What should I show on my pub TVs when there's no football?
Something people can join in with, and your offers in between. A short quiz they play on their phones, bingo, a raffle draw or a shout-out for a birthday gets heads up, and then they see what's on Friday. More ideas for your pub TVs.
Is it priced per screen?
No. £34 a month covers every TV in the pub, inside and out.
Can customers put things on my screens?
Only if you say so. Shout-outs and photos wait on your phone, and nothing goes on screen until you approve it.
