Your subscription

Price: £34 a month for the whole pub, any number of TVs. Founding pubs (the first 10) keep £34 a month for as long as their subscription stays active.
Free trial: 14 days free. You give your card through Stripe when you start, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Done-for-you set-up (optional): £100 once, paid when you sign up. It covers us setting it up with you and your first month. Your £34 a month starts 30 days later.
Billing: monthly, in advance, to the card you give us, through Stripe. You get a receipt by email each time.
Cancel any time: use the "manage your subscription" link we send you, or just email us and we'll cancel it. Your service carries on to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. No notice period and no cancellation fee. We don't refund part-months.
If a payment fails: Stripe will email you to update your card. We'll get in touch with you before anything is switched off.
Price changes: founding pubs keep £34. For anyone else we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.

The StockTap TV service as described on this website on the day you join. Features marked "in pilot" or "coming" aren't promised.
You need your own TVs, a device that can open a web page on each screen (or one feeding them), and internet. We'll help you set up, but we don't supply kit.
You're responsible for what your pub puts on its screens (offers, clips, shout-outs, photos) and for any prizes you choose to give. Phone bingo is just for fun with no prizes.
Your customers' details (names and emails from sign-ups) belong to your pub. We hold them for you to run the service, under our privacy notice.
Football fixtures, scores and tables come from a third-party feed. We can't promise they'll always be right or on time.

We've tried to only say what's true today. Features marked "in pilot" or "coming" aren't finished, and may change.
Screens shown are from our test pub. Your screens will show your pub's name.
The numbers we quote are from Teal Farm, one pub, and aren't a promise of what will happen in yours.

The partner payments and quiz pack sales described on the quiz companies page are set out in a separate written agreement before anything starts.

We'll always try to keep it running, but we can't promise it will never go down, and we're not liable for lost trade if it does. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
We can end a subscription if it's used to break the law or to harm others, with a refund for any unused paid period.
Please don't try to break this website, spam the forms, or copy it wholesale. The words, design and screenshots belong to us.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
