Downloads

You can download the packs without giving any details. We count how many times each file is downloaded, without recording who you are.

Email sign-up

If you sign up we keep your email address, your pub name if you give it, which boxes you ticked, the date, and a scrambled code made from your internet address to stop spam sign-ups. We use your email only for what you ticked: telling you when the packs or the rules in them change, and, only if you ticked the second box, now and then about StockTap and StockTap TV. We never sell or share it. Every email has a way to unsubscribe, or just reply and ask. The legal basis is your consent, which you can take back any time.

The sign-up list is stored with Cloudflare, which runs this website. We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

The phone app

The app keeps your records on your own phone or tablet, in the browser. Nothing you enter in it is sent to us. If you clear your browser data, the records go too, so use Backup in the app.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing trainingforchatbots@gmail.com. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
