I run Teal Farm in Washington. I wanted safety records my team could fill in quickly: plain words, the limits printed on every page, and a page that tells everyone exactly what to do when something's wrong.
So I wrote them from scratch, checked every limit against FSA and HSE guidance, and I'm giving them away. If they save you a bit of hassle, that's the job done.

Limits and laws change (Martyn's Law is due in 2027, for one). Leave your email and I'll tell you when I update the packs. Free, no spam, unsubscribe any time.
Yes. Download them, print them, copy them for your own pub. No sign-up needed. The email box is only there if you want to hear when they're updated.
No. They're typical guidance for pubs in England, checked against Food Standards Agency and Health and Safety Executive guidance in October 2026. Your own food safety system, your risk assessments and your local inspectors always come first.
No. By law a food business needs a written food safety system based on HACCP. The FSA's Safer Food Better Business pack is free and does that job. These packs are the day-to-day records that sit alongside it.

Yes. Cross out or add lines in pen. The lists are typical; your own risk assessments may need more.
I built StockTap TV for my own pub: a phone quiz every 20 minutes, your offers and match-day build-up on every screen. Run from your phone, nothing to download for customers.
Open for founding pubs: free 14-day trial, then £34 a month for the whole pub.
StockTap is my stocktaking app for pubs. Weigh bottles, count kegs and see your GP every day, not once a month.
